Wednesday 26th August, 6-8pm:
DASL Headquarters – 96 Bold St, Liverpool L1 4HY
PODCAST – The Voice Between Two Worlds A hands-on workshop for those wishing to explore the world of podcasting through a direct and engaging experience.

£12 for DA members, £15 for non-members *only adults* Limited spaces available – please send an email if interested, and we will contact you to confirm. Please do NOT pay without receiving our confirmation first.

Mossley Hill – Hilltop Centre, Rose Lane, L18 8DB
Family Event organised by Mamma Mia in collaboration with DASL – A magical and interactive family show from Rome, where stories, music, and rhymes bring the Italian language to life. There will be a ticket with a discounted price for all families with DASL membership that can be purchased through the Mamma Mia website.

Documentary about Ennio Morricone: Ennio, directed by Giuseppe Tornatore and introduced by Dr Marco Paoli, Lecturer in Italian Film Studies at the University of Liverpool – FREE EVENT

Wednesday 21st October, from 11:30am–1pm:
The Athenaeum Library Visit – To be able to see some of the collection from the library which have a particular connection to Italy. The visit has limited capacity. Please contact us for pricing and booking information. An optional lunch will follow.

Celebration of the 30th Anniversary of the Publication of the book Gioventù Cannibale: Talk by Alda Teodorani, Italian writer, poet and translator, and one of the authors of the book. Alda Teodorani will be in conversation with writer Alessandro Raschellà and members of the Italian Book Club of the DASL, with readings by actor Andrea Castellini – FREE EVENT
